Stronghold Wall Anchors
StrongHold™ Wall Anchors are used in combination with the StrongHold™ Bowing Wall Repair Systems to resist tilting and overturning basement walls. As external soil pressure is concentrated at the top of your basement walls, the basement wall may turn inward.
By leveraging the exceptional tensile strength of StrongHold carbon fabric and a mechanical anchor plate, StrongHold can fix this.
Grind down edges and dirt. Vacuum dust and particulates off wall. Bolt the bracket into the sill plate above the top of the wall.
Roll saturating resin onto your cleaned and prepared basement wall from the floor to the top of the wall.
Saturate both sides of the carbon fabric strip provided in the StrongHold ™ Wall Anchor Kit.
Fasten the wall anchor fabric to the plate by pressing the clip release & inserting into plate.
Bond the saturated carbon fabric strip
at the top of the wall and roll more saturating resin over the top of the strip.
